Delivery Policy

Spoofs Limited, Inc. (the ‘Company’) undertakes to fulfill local delivery of your order within 3-10 working days within Metro Manila, 7-10 working days outside Metro Manila and within the Philippines and for international, please refer to the DHL Shipping Policy . It is important you provide accurate and available contact information to facilitate and complete the delivery (or redelivery) of your order. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return/ Refund Policy

Customer requests for return/ refund shall be only be granted on the following instances:

  • Did not receive the order
  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  • Received the wrong product/s (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product)
  • Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

Returns/ refunds must be made within 7(seven) days from delivery date.

Items should still be original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unused.

Returns/ refunds due to change of mind will not be accepted.

SAME - DAY DELIVERY

1. Who can avail of same-day delivery?


Our same-day dekivery service is available for Metro Manila orders only.
Cut-off time is 2PM from Mondays to Fridays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to
offer this service during weekends and holidays.

Orders after 2PM will be delivered the next working day.


2. How do I pay for same-day delivery?


Only orders paid via Bank Transfer may be processed for same-day delivery.
Although we don’t have a minimum order amount for same-day delivery, a one-
time rush/processing fee of PhP 150 will be charged to your order. Please
note that this is separate from the actual delivery fee.


Orders will be shipped via Grab and delivery fee will be shouldered by the
buyer and directly paid to the rider.


3. How do I know if my order is confirmed?


An email confirmation will be sent out after receipt of your order. Upon verifying
your bank transfer, a member of our team will contact you thru your phone
number to coordinate delivery and make sure you have someone on your end
to receive your order.


Please make sure to provide us with an active phone number and reply
immediately as we cannot ship out your order if we are unable contact you.
