What kind of printing do you use?
We use Silk Screen and Dye Sublimation printing on our products.
What are the materials used on your shirts?
Our regular tees are made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester fabric, making our shirts extra comfortable! Our DriFit shirts are made from 100% polyester material.
How do I choose the best shirt size?
Refer to our Size Chart and follow the instructions provided to help you determine the best fit for you!
I like a particular design, do you have another color for it?
All designs and colors shown on the site are the only ones available.
Can I print my own design?
We accept custom printing of designs on white t-shirts for PHP699. Please contact us or drop by our Custom Shop located at 94 Katipunan Road, White Plains, Quezon City. The shop is open from Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7:30pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Cash on Delivery.
If I made a mistake on my order, could I still change it?
If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us via email so that we can help.
Can I cancel my order?
We only allow free cancellations within 2 hours from the time you ordered, so please be sure before proceeding.
I have a promo voucher, how can I use it?
You can add any promo codes upon check-out.
How can I keep track of my orders?
For DHL orders, you will be provided a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery on their website.
What is your return policy?
Returns/refunds must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Items should still be in the original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unused. We will replace the merchandise if products are proven to be defective or are of incorrect designs or sizes. Sale items are not permitted for returns or exchange. How much is your shipping fee?
Our standard shipping fee was set by our courier at PHP150 during the Covid-19 pandemic. For more information on local and international deliveries, please check out our Delivery Policy.
I'm ordering internationally, will I have to pay VAT or any related charges in addition to the shipping cost?
Orders shipped outside of the Philippines may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country upon arrival of the shipment. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
What is the average shipping time?
We usually process and ship out our products 1 to 2 days from the time you order. From there, total shipping/delivery time will depend on your area and the courier you choose. For domestic orders, it normally takes an additional 3 to 7 days for deliveries to Metro Manila, and additional 5 to 8 days for the rest of the Philippines. For international orders, please refer to the DHL website.
What shipping service do you use?
We use DHL for International Deliveries, and 2Go Express for Domestic Deliveries.
